try calling a local ophthalmologist and speaking to the office admin. He or she may guide you in the right direction right to their office! A lot of MD’s will be willing to lower the price of the visit. I know the office I work for has charged a very minimal fee or in some cases nothing at all. It does happen so definately ask. But don’t start talking to the first person to answer the call. You want the office adm forsure and they should be able to direct you. Best Wishes
